Removal of export duties

The export duty on goods exported from Belize before the repeal of sections 23, 24 and 30 of the Customs and Excise Duties Act, Chapter 38 of the Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 1980-1990, shall, notwithstanding the said repeal, remain payable and may be levied and collected as if the said repeal did not have effect from 1st April, 1996.
