Drawback on spirits supplied to Officers of H.M. Navy

Officers of Her Majesty’s Navy serving on this station shall be entitled to a drawback equal to the duties paid upon any spirits, wines, cordials, liqueurs or malt liquors purchased by them from any importer or trader in Belize upon the production of a certificate, signed by the Officer making the purchase and countersigned by the Officer in Command, that such spirits, wines, cordials, liqueurs or malt liquors were truly and solely for the consumption of such officer or any mess of officers.
