Refunds of duty on provisions as supplied to Naval, Military or Air Force Authorities

All duties of Customs or Excise paid on provisions and stores supplied by local merchants or contractors to Her Majesty’s Naval, Military or Air Force authorities in Belize for the use of Her Majesty’s Navy, Army or Air Force shall be refunded on the production of a certificate from the officer commanding Her Majesty’s Land Forces in Belize or from the Naval officer commanding on this station or from the Officer in charge of any Royal Air Force unit stationed in Belize that the articles have been supplied for such public purposes as aforesaid.
