Right of action for money appropriated by Crown

If any person prefers a claim to any moneys so appropriated pursuant to the provisions of this Act and that claim is disallowed by the Minister, that person may, notwithstanding such rejection, institute civil proceedings for the recovery of the money claimed against the State in accordance with the provisions of the Crown Proceedings Act, Cap.167.
