Conduct of meeting

(1) Where the Council calls a meeting under regulation 4 above, such meeting and election shall be held and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the constitution of the sporting organisation and the Council shall oversee the orderly conduct of such meeting and election. (2) Where the Council calls a meeting, such meeting must be called within a maximum period of three months following the due date on which the sporting organisation should have held such a meeting to conduct its election.
