Interpretation

(1) In these Regulations“constitution” of a sporting organisation means the latest constitution duly registered with the Council; “election” means any election under the constitution of a sporting organisation for the selection of members of the executive committee or other governing body of such Sports 19 (2) Words and expressions used in these Regulations shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Sports Act.
