Functions of the Committee

The functions of the Committee shall be– (a) to review the statutes and policies of clubs, organization and associations involved in a designated sport in Belize; 8 Sports (b) to formulate and design, with the concurrence of the Council, appropriate policies and procedures for efficient arrangement, control and regulation of the playing, officiating, coaching, administration, leadership, development and organization of a designated sport in Belize; (c) to prepare and submit to the Council on a regular basis and as occasion demands, such observations, reports, recommendations, advice and memoranda of interest as the committee may deem appropriate or necessary to ensure the advancement, development, protection, promotion and better regulation of a designated sport in Belize.
