Investigation of activities

The Minister may from time to time order all or any of the activities of the Council, sports committee, or a sporting organisation to be investigated and reported on by a person or persons as he may specify and upon such order being made the Council, sports committee, or sporting organisation shall afford all facilities and furnish all information as the person or persons may require, to carry out every such order.
