Appeals

Cap. 46, s. 21 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) Any person who is aggrieved by any decision or action of a sports committee may appeal to the Council against such decision or action. (2) Any person who is aggrieved by any decision or action of the Council, may appeal to the Sports Tribunal against such decision or action.
