Disqualifications

A person shall be disqualified from serving on the Council or any committee if he, (a) is or has been adjudged by a competent court to be of unsound mind; (b) is or has been adjudged by a competent court to be an insolvent or bankrupt; or (c) is convicted in a court of law for any offence involving dishonesty.
