Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “Academy” means the Saint Catherine Academy; “Corporation” means the corporation by the name of Saint Catherine Academy constituted under section 3 of this Act; “property” means property of every description, whether real or personal, movable or immovable.
