Offences and penalties

Social Service Agencies (Operators Of Residential Care Facilities For Children) (Registration, Licensing And Minimum Operating Requirements) Regulations, reg. 44 · Revised Edition 2020

Every operator or other person who contravenes any provision of these Regulations commits an offence and where no specific penalty is provided for such contravention, shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand five hundred dollars, or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months, or to both such fine and period of imprisonment.
