Fire precaution

Every operator registered and licensed under these Regulations shall provide a written fire safety plan which shall– (a) include all the fire-fighting equipment in the residential care facility for children including the location of such equipment; (b) include the procedures to be followed in the event of a fire outbreak; (c) be posted in conspicuous places at the facility; (d) conduct regular fire safety drills; and 100 Social Service Agencies (e) review fire safety plan with the National Fire Service on an annual basis.
