Social Service Agencies (Operators Of Residential Care Facilities For Children) (Registration, Licensing And Minimum Operating Requirements) Regulations, reg. 41 · Revised Edition 2020
Every operator registered and licensed under these Regulations shall provide a comprehensive written disaster management and emergency plan. The plan shall include provisions for both man- made and natural disaster and include evacuation plans. These plans shall be in compliance with national standards and a copy shall be filed with the Ministry no later than April 30th of each year.
