Minimum counselling requirement

Social Service Agencies (Operators Of Residential Care Facilities For Children) (Registration, Licensing And Minimum Operating Requirements) Regulations, reg. 39 · Revised Edition 2020

Every operator registered and licensed under these Regulations shall develop a counselling program to be administered within the residential care facility for children by a suitably qualified person that is designed to meet the individual and collective counselling needs of the residents and shall employ mainstream individual and group counselling techniques.
