Social Service Agencies (Operators Of Residential Care Facilities For Children) (Registration, Licensing And Minimum Operating Requirements) Regulations, reg. 37 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) Every operator registered and licensed under these Regulations shall ensure that as a practice, unacceptable behaviours are dealt with using positive disciplinary measures.
(2) Discipline at the residential care facility for children shall,
without prejudice to the operator’s overall responsibility therefore as provided in subregulation (1) above, be the responsibility of the providers, assistants, and members of staff.
