Social Service Agencies (Operators Of Residential Care Facilities For Children) (Registration, Licensing And Minimum Operating Requirements) Regulations, reg. 36 · Revised Edition 2020
Operators shall ensure that any resident who is not attending school and is not legally required to do so, is either enrolled in an alternative education program, a vocational training programme or is employed and that such employment is in compliance with the Labour Act of Belize and the ILO Conventions.
