Social Service Agencies (Operators Of Residential Care Facilities For Children) (Registration, Licensing And Minimum Operating Requirements) Regulations, reg. 33 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) Every operator registered and licensed under these Regulations shall promote the education of all residents as a vital part of the services provided. (2) The promotion of education at the residential care facility for children shall, without prejudice to the operator’s overall responsibility therefor as provided in subregulation (1) above, be the responsibility of providers, assistants, and members of staff.
