Social Service Agencies (Operators Of Residential Care Facilities For Children) (Registration, Licensing And Minimum Operating Requirements) Regulations, reg. 28 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) Every operator, assistant and staff member shall ensure that all residents observe good hygiene and body care practices.
(2) Operators and assistants shall ensure that children are properly clothed. Dress codes should be flexible enough to allow for age-appropriate, individual self-expression.
