Relationship of operator and parents

Every operator or provider shall provide each child’s parents with the following– (a) access and visitation as outlined in the child’s care plan or as mandated by the courts; 84 Social Service Agencies (b) opportunities to discuss the child’s needs, and the policies and programmes at the residential care facility for children; (c) where possible, consultation about major decisions that impact the child’s life.
