Social Service Agencies (Operators Of Day Care Facilities) (Registration, Licensing And Minimum Operating Requirements) Regulations, reg. 32 · Revised Edition 2020
Every operator registered and licensed under these Regulations shall provide a written fire safety plan which shall–
(a) include all the fire-fighting equipment in the day care facility, including the location of such
(b) include the procedures to be followed in the event of a fire outbreak; and
(c) be posted in conspicuous places at the day care facility.
