General health precautions to be observed by operators

(1) Every operator registered and licensed under these Regulations shall ensure that good health habits and practices are observed at the day care facility under his management, and are incorporated into the daily written program plan. (2) The observance of good health and safety habits at the day care facility shall, without prejudice to the operator’s overall responsibility therefor as provided in subregulation (1) above, be the responsibility of providers, assistants, and members of staff.
