Appeals against refusals, etc., to issue licence

Any applicant or operator who is aggrieved by the Registrar’s decision– (a) refusing to issue a licence; or (b) refusing to renew a licence; or (c) suspending a licence; or (d) cancelling a licence, may within fourteen calendar days of the receipt by him of the notification of such refusal, suspension or cancellation, as the case may be, appeal against such decision to the Minister in accordance with section 22 of the Act.
