Application for registration

Every application for the registration of any premises as a Social Service Agency, (a) shall be made in writing to the Registrar; (b) shall be made in such form as may be provided by the Registrar for that purpose; (c) shall contain the particulars required by that form; and (d) shall be signed by the proprietor of the proposed Agency.
