Social Service Agencies to be registered

On and after the expiration of a period of three months from the date on which this Act comes into operation no 7 premises shall be used for the purposes of a Social Service Agency unless such premises and the proprietor of such Agency are registered and a licence obtained by the proprietor from the Registrar in that behalf.
