Register of Social Service Agencies

For the purposes of this Act the Registrar shall maintain a book called the Register of Social Agencies in which premises used for the carrying on of any Social Service Agency and the name of the proprietor of such Agency shall be registered under and in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
