Additional penalties

Where any person making an application for the registration of any premises as a Social Service Agency makes any statement in his application which is false in a material particular, then if such falsehood is discovered before the issue of the licence, his application shall be rejected, and if discovered after the issue, the licence so granted shall be cancelled without notice.
