Commencement of Act No. 20 of 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 4 of the Social Security (Amendment) Act, 2001, and all other powers thereunto him enabling, I, SAID W. MUSA, Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 7th day of January, 2008 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force. Interpretation.
