Commencement of Act No. 31 of 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 4 of the Social Security (Amendment) Act, 2001, and all other powers thereunto him enabling, I, SAID W. MUSA, Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 1st day of September, 2007 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force. Interpretation.
