Benefits

Where any public officer, police officer, teacher or any other Government employee is entitled to receive any sickness benefit or maternity benefit under the Public Service Regulations, the Government (Open Vote) Workers’ Regulations any other rules or regulations for the time being in force as well as from the Social Security Fund and receives any amount by the way of such benefit from the Government, the Government shall be entitled to recover from the Social Security Board so much of the amount as such public officer, police officer, teacher or other Government employee is entitled to under the Social Security Act, and the Social Security Board shall pay that amount to the Government in full satisfaction of any claim by any such, public officer, police officer, teacher or other Government employee.
