Issue of registration cards

(1) Where upon the receipt of an application for registration under the Act, the Board is satisfied that a person is required to be insured, it shall issue a Social Security Registration Card to that person, and such card shall carry the full name and registration number and other particulars as specified by the Board. (2) Where a person has previously been registered as an employed person under the provisions of the registration Regulations, the registration number allocated under the previous registration shall be the same registration number of a self–employed person under the Act.
