Interpretation

(1) For the purposes of these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires “Act” means the Social Security Act; “appointed day” means 19 May, 1981; “appropriate form” means a form approved by the Manager to be used for a specific purpose or purposes under the Act. (2)All other words and expressions defined in the Act shall have the same meaning in these Regulations.
