Periodical reports to Board

(1) The financial and accounting orders shall require the Manager to submit to the Board periodical reports on the financial situation of the Fund with reference to income and (2) The Manager shall submit to the Board any report by internal auditors concerning fraud, administrative abuse and serious irregularities.
