Claim changed to other benefit

Where it appears that a person who has made a claim to a pension may be entitled to some benefit other than the one claimed, the committee may treat the claim made as a claim in the alternative for that other benefit if the necessary particulars and documents are furnished, and such claim shall be forwarded to the Manager.
