Payment documents remain the property of the Board

(1) Any document issued by the Board to a person for the purpose of receiving payment of pension thereby (including a voucher, a book of pension orders, draft or cheque) shall (2) Any person having a payment document specified in paragraph (1) above shall, on the termination or suspension of the pension to which the document relates or when Social Security 203 requested by an officer of the Board, return such document to the Board or to such person as the Board may direct. (3) If there is any event or fact which affects or is likely to affect the continuance of the right to a pension or the rate thereof in respect of which a payment document has been issued, any person having in his possession such document shall notify the event or fact forthwith and return such document to the Board.
