Non–payment of claim after six months
Social Security (Non-Contributory Pension For Persons 65 Years Or Over) Regulations, reg. 10 · Revised Edition 2020
No sum shall be paid by way of non–contributory pension in respect of any period more than six months from the date the claim is duly made.
