General provision

Social Security (Benefit) Regulations, reg. 38 · Revised Edition 2020

Where an insured person suffers personal injury as a result of an accident (including accidents to and from work) on or after the appointed day there shall be payable to or in respect of such person the benefits provided under this Part.
