Distribution of survivors’ grant
Social Security (Benefit) Regulations, reg. 37 · Revised Edition 2020
Subject to subparagraph (4) of Regulation 30, the amount of survivors’ grant payable in respect of each eligible survivor shall be distributed in the proportions set out in Regulation 35 or 36, as the case may be.
