Tax free earnings

Where the employer makes a payment to or for the benefit of an employed person in respect of such person’s income tax, the amount of the earnings of that person for the purposes of these Regulations shall be deemed to be such a sum as will include the amount of the payment made by the employer in respect of the employed person’s tax.
