Offences

(1) Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars. (2) Where the offence is of a continuing nature upon conviction a person shall, in addition to the fine imposed under paragraph (1), be liable to a penalty of one hundred dollars for every day, or part thereof, for which the offence continues.
