Temporary insufficiency of funds and defrayment of initial expenditure

(1) Any temporary insufficiency of funds to meet the liabilities of the Fund under this Act shall be met from money provided by the National Assembly. (2) Any moneys provided by the National Assembly under sub-section (1) shall be repaid out of the Fund as soon as may be practicable.
