Staff of the Board

(1) The Board shall appoint a senior inspector and shall employ such other officers and employees as it may consider necessary for the administration of this Act. (2) The terms and conditions of the staff of the Board, including those of the Chief Executive Officer, shall be determined by the Board. (3) With the prior approval of the Minister, the Board may make Staff Rules to regulate the conditions of service of all its employees, including the Chief Executive Officer, which may include matters concerning discipline, leave, termination of appointment and retirement.
