Annual Report

(1) Within four months after the end of each financial year, the Fund shall cause to be made and shall submit to the Minister, (a) a statement of its accounts audited in accordance with section 21 (2) of this Act; and (b) a dealing generally with the proceedings and policies of the Fund during that financial year. 17 (2) The Minister shall cause a copy of such report together with the annual statement of accounts and the auditor’s report thereon to be tabled in the National Assembly.
