Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “Board” means the Social Investment Fund Board established under section 10 of this Act; “Executive Director” means the Executive Director appointed pursuant to section 7 (1) of this Act; “Fund” means the Social Investment Fund established under section 3 of this Act; “Government” means the Government of Belize; “Minister” means the Minister for the time being responsible for economic development. 6
