Interruption etc., of burial

(1) No person shall, by any violent or indecent behaviour, prevent, interrupt, delay or interfere with the decent and solemn burial of any body. (2) A person who contravenes this By-law commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to the penalty imposed under section 32(3) of the Act.
