Covering enclosed grave

A person who causes a dead body to be buried in an enclosed grave shall within twelve hours, also cause the grave 130 to be covered in with a layer or layers of brick, stone, or other hard material properly bonded with– (a) mortar and compounded of lime and sand or other suitable material; or (b) cement; or (c) cement mixed with sand.
