Offence of more than one body in grave

(1) Where no exclusive right of burial is granted, a person shall not cause more than one body to be buried in a grave. 129 (2) Paragraph (1) shall not be deemed to prohibit the burial in any grave of two or more bodies of persons where those persons are members of the same family. (3) A person who contravenes this By-law commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to the penalty imposed under section 32(3) of the Act.
