Requirements for enclosed grave

A person, who in any part of a cemetery causes an enclosed grave to be built for the purpose of burial, shall cause such grave to be enclosed with walls constructed of bricks, stone or other hard material, properly bonded and solidly put together with– (a) mortar compounded of lime and sand or other suitable material; or (b) cement; or (c) cement mixed with sand.
