Duty of Council

The Council shall– (a) maintain general control of the cemetery; (b) keep the paths and surface of the ground in such cemetery clean and tidy; 134 (c) keep the fence and gateways of the cemetery in good condition; (d) perform any other duty relating to the maintenance and control of the cemetery.
