Nuisance

(1) No person shall play any game or sport or, cause any nuisance within a cemetery. (2) A military funeral where there is discharge of firearms in any cemetery shall not be deemed to be a nuisance under paragraph (1). (3) A person who contravenes this By-law commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to the penalty imposed under section 32(3) of the Act.
